We serve the best tasting, creative fare in Central New York. Our menu changes nightly and features wood grilled meats & game, the freshest seafood & creative vegetarian dishes, using seasonal & local ingredients.
Around a bend on route 5 in the heart of the historic Mohawk Valley is a setting that seems so perfect and so out of place at the same time... on a small hill surrounded by towering black locust trees and covered with trumpet vine is a magnificent stone castle. 
Built in 1860 as a replica of an Irish Castle, Beardslee Castle is at once both modern and ancient... with the finest in creative cuisine, memorable wedding receptions, independent music, and exciting special events, all in an incredible setting.
DINNER & DUNGEON HOURS
For the months of January through April we are open Friday and Saturday nights only, seating from 5pm until 9pm with the Dungeon open for drinks so long as guests are here.
Banquets any night by arrangement.
Starting in May we return to our regular seasonal hours
serving Thursday - Saturday from 5-9 and Sunday 4-8
The Dungeon serves a casual menu during our regular dinner hours and remains open as long as guests care to stay, until 2am at the latest
